1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuantoNova's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

QuantoNova provides lead generation services through digital marketing campaigns and data analytics. Our services include:

• Lead identification and qualification
• Multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Data verification and analytics
• CRM integration and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis with the following pricing structure:

• Starter Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets your specified demographic criteria
• Has verified contact information (email and phone)
• Has demonstrated interest in your product or service
• Matches your target audience profile

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience
• Respond to leads in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, technology, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of QuantoNova. Clients receive a limited license to use our services for their business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuantoNova's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Service Level Agreement

We strive to deliver leads within the timeframes specified in your plan:

• Starter Plan: 48-hour delivery
• Professional Plan: 24-hour delivery
• Enterprise Plan: 12-hour delivery

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
